We are an adult program with four sessions in a typical year:

  • Fall Session starts the week after Labor Day and continues until the schools take the Christmas break.
  • Winter Session starts after New Year’s Day and continues for at least 10 weeks.
  • Spring Session starts around Easter and continues for approximately 10 weeks.
  • Summer Session is a shorter session. 

You can register here by selecting the appropriate session down below.

The format of the class is a warmup and cardio for 30 minutes, kickboxing and balance for 15 minutes and toning and final stretch for a few minutes to cool down.  When you come to class, you should bring a bottle of water, light hand weights, and a mat or towel for toning.

Our focus is to make sure everyone has fun, gets their heart beating faster, enjoys the challenge of some of the steps and a sense of accomplishment after mastering the steps.

Refund Policy

Any refund for Full-Class Registration that may be issued will be subject to a $5 Administrative Fee. There are no refunds for Drop-In registrations.
