Program Information

The goal of the Summer Dance Program is to give everyone an opportunity to explore new forms of dance or enhance already established dance technique. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced dancer, we have classes to fit all levels.

All Classes will be held for 45 minutes, three days a week for 2 weeks at Parkville Recreation Center.

Don’t hesitate to register, as classes will fill up quickly, and are on a first come, first served basis. Online registration will open on Saturday, June 1 and will close on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

2024 Class Offerings

Please note: All dancers will be put into the appropriate class(es) based upon years of experience in dance and at teacher's discretion.

• 5:30-6:15 PM - Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet (3-4 years old)
• 5:30-6:15 PM – Jazz and Pre-Hip Hop (6-7 years old)
  
  
• 6:15-7:00 PM – Ballet and Pre-Jazz (4-5 years old)
• 6:15-7:00 PM – Variety Class (8-11 years old)
  
  
• 7:00-7:45 PM – Variety Class (Middle School and older)

Registration Cost

$75.00 - per class (a class consists of of two weeks, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.)
