On the registration form, you are required to confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all of our policies and procedures. Requisite Forms for Participation
Unfortunately, we will require some of the forms to be completed manually. (Still a state law.) The forms below will be required, following confirmed registration, to be completed separately. You will get a link to them in your registration confirmation email or may download them here. After completing the online registration via Stone Alley, you will be contacted to sign up for a registration drop off appointment, during which any additional completed forms should be turned in. Students will not be able to attend classes until ALL required forms are submitted. These forms must be received NO LATER THAN August 1, 2022 to avoid a late fee of $35.00.

Mandatory Baltimore County Background Check
All parent/adult helpers inside the classroom and those attending field trips must complete a background check every year per Baltimore County Park & Rec. Please click here and follow the directions to complete the
Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks Volunteer Background Check. You will receive an email report a couple weeks after submitting your application. Please have any adult that may help out in the classroom or attend a field trip complete the background check. Please print out the report(s) and turn in with your other required paperwork.

Refund Policy
There is a non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee of $65.00 ($75.00 after 08/01/2022), non-refundable, non-transferable supply fee of $45.00, physical supply donations are not returnable, and tuition non-refundable and non-transferable after 09/01/2022. Further, there are no refunds after September 1, 2022 for any reason and parents are responsible for the full year's tuition regardless of any withdrawal after September 1, 2022.
