Program Information

Hereford Zone Ladies Tennis is doubles tennis play. Sign up as a single - you do not need to sign up with a partner. All skill levels are available, from beginner to advanced. Once assigned to a team (based on skill level and your schedule), you will play one day/night per week. The program is for women, 18 and over (18 as of September 1, 2024).

The season begins on Monday, April 8, 2024 with 7 weeks of play (allow 2 extra weeks for rain/cancellations). League play will end on Monday, June 10, 2024.

Morning teams begin play at 9:00 AM 
Evening teams begin play at 7:00 PM

*please allow 2 hours for match time

Registration Cost

$20.00 per player (Returning and New)
$5.00 per Substitutes (NO need to register as a substitute if you are registering to play on a team)

Spring Returning Player Registration

Players will receive an e-mail with their Spring team Assignment based on last fall season’s results.  If you are unable to play on your assigned day and wish to make a change to another team please email Ellen DiMayo to explore other placement options.  

In order to keep your position on your assigned team/day, you MUST register by March 25.  After March 25, 2024 your spot may be offered to new players that wish to join the league. Contact Ellen with questions, or if you have missed the deadline (but still wish to play). 

New Player Registration

The registration period for new players will be  March 20 - March 31, 2024.

Player Types

Returning Players
Have a specific team number for which they will register.

New Players
Do not pay in advance as Ellen needs to find you an appropriate opening (need your skill level and availability).

Substitutes
Only indicate skill level and/or multiple team numbers.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after April 1, 2024. Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $5.00 administrative fee.
