The Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council serves the northern Baltimore County area with a wide variety of activities for children and adults. The HZRPC is a non-profit organization qualified under IRS section 501(c)(3).

Registration Cost

On or Before Sunday, October 11, 2026

• Clinic - $95.00 per player
• 2nd-5th Grade Leagues - $125.00 per player
• 6th-12th Grade Leagues - $145.00 per player

On or After October 12, 2026 (IF THERE ARE SPACES AVAILABLE)

• Clinic - $120.00 per player
• 2nd-5th Grade Leagues - $150.00 per player
• 6th-12th Grade Leagues - $170.00 per player

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued after teams are made. Any canceled registrations, or requests for refunds, are subject to a $30.00 league processing fee and any applicable credit card/registration service processing fees.
