Refund Policy

Refunds will be given only if:

1. Rosters have not been formed. No refund requests will be considered after rosters have been formed.
2. All refund requests must be made in writing outlining the reason for the request. Decisions regarding refunds will be made at the monthly board meeting. The parents requesting the refund are invited to attend the monthly board meeting. Board meeting are held on the second Thursday of each month.
3. Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $5.00 administrative fee for processing.
