Program Description
Zumba® is a dance fitness class with Latin and World Rhythms! It feels like a journey around the world in Dance. Zumba® mixes low-intensity and high-intensity dance moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party! Once the once the music takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Come dance with us!

We also have the option of a 6-class Punch Card which may be used for any 6-classes over a 90-day period. (Punch cards expire 90-days after purchase.)
