Stone Alley - Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council (LTRC)

All attempts will be made to honor the following direct familial links to play on the same team. (Parent/Child, Sibling/Sibling, Spouse/Spouse) Due the complexities this creates for team selection no guarantees can be made.
Please include the name of a requested link on the registration form. Cousins, Uncle/Aunt/Niece/Nephew, Roommates, Friends are not considered as required links. While there is increased flexibility in the smaller summer session, any accommodations do not carry over to and are not guaranteed for outdoor sessions.

Registration

Participants register online. There is no walk-in registration.
The registration deadline is midnight on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
We have enough places for 130 participants. Once 130 places are confirmed registration will be closed!

Game Times and Season Duration

All regular season games will be played on Sunday evenings from June 22, 2026 to August 17, 2025.
Games will be played at the Northeast Regional Recreation Center (NERRC) at 7501 Oakleigh Road, Parkville, MD 21234.
Games will be played between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Sunday evenings on both fields.

Team Selection

There will be a GOLD (younger/more skilled) division and a SILVER (older/less skilled) division. Please indicate your preference in the registration form.
Teams will be assigned based on estimated abilities to attempt to keep teams competitive. You will be contacted before the first game by your team captain with the time and details of your first game. Shirts will be handed out at the first game.

Refund Policy

There will be NO REFUNDS unless a request with explanation for such a refund is made in writing and postmarked by June 30, 2025 to: colin.worrall@gmail.com
Refund requests submitted in accordance with the terms above will be subject to review and approval on a case by case basis and will only be processed and paid if approved. Refunds will be allowed only for extraordinary circumstances such as changes in health, or relocation of residence. Refunds will not be granted for schedule conflicts or participation/registration with another activity, team or organization. Any approved refund will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee and shall occur AFTER all registrations for the current season have been processed.
