Seasonal Information
Court time requests were accepted earlier this summer on a first come, first serve basis.Two Court times remain open and unassigned.  Registration access for group blocks will require a code. Each Court Captain will receive an e-mail from Ellen DiMayo with a code for that block time's players to use to register at Stone Alley. 

Cost
Everyone that will be playing on a regular basis in the block time MUST register as a player for that group. Captains should make sure all their players have registered and paid their registration fees. Fees will be $100 for the fall season per court, plus $25 per person for each of the two subsequent County Sport seasons for this indoor school year schedule. Additional registration fee costs and rec council activity fees added to the county facility registration fee will come to a total of $80 per person, based on group’s with 5 players or less. For those groups with more than five players an applicable discount code will be provided to use during registration to reduce the cost.

Substitutes may register for a $15.00 fee for the season and are then are eligible to sub in any Hereford Rec Court time. Substitutes may register without a code - please indicate your availability and interest. If you are already registered as a player in another HZRPC NERRC group, you may sub in other HZRPC groups without signing up again as a sub.

NERRC Requirement
You MUST be registered for a program or as a Substitute in order to play at NERRC. If you have not registered via Stone Alley to play at NERRC, you will not be allowed on to the courts.
