Refund Policy

All requests must be made in writing (email is sufficient) in advance of the session's kickoff.  Once the sessions have started, 50% is the maximum refund that will be available.  Any refund that is issued may be subject to a $20 Administrative Fee to cover non-refundable costs and effort.
