North Carroll Soccer is a Spring Youth soccer program sponsored by the North Carroll Recreation Council in cooperation with the Carroll County Department of Recreation. Our program offers an In-house recreational league for both boys and girls ages 3 to 18 (your child must be 18 or younger as of December 31 of the current calendar year).

Our objective is to provide an opportunity for the children to experience the great game of soccer, with enjoyment, healthy competition, sportsmanship, along with fairness and equality to all players.

In-House Soccer

The In-House recreation league is organized to allow players to increase their soccer skills while learning to play the game in a fun and encouraging environment.

Coaches

All coaches are required to have their coaching license and background check. In addition, we offer registration discounts to our coaches and coaching license reimbursement. For more details see our website at https://www.northcarrollsoccer.com/CoachesInfo.

Refund Policy
Any refund that is issued will be subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. Travel registrations are eligible for full refund minus administration fees if not selected for a travel team and opt not to participate in the In-house league. In-house registrations are eligible for a full refund minus administration fee. Refunds are available until registration closes. Once registration is closed there will be no refunds provided.
