Recreation Soccer - Fall 2023

The Hereford Zone Recreation and Parks Council's Outdoor Soccer Program is open to all kids from the Sparks and 5th District areas. Private schools are also welcome. Any kids from the Seventh District or Prettyboy areas should contact their own Recreation Council for their programs. All ability levels are welcome, this is recreation soccer so the theme is to have fun and ensure equal playing time for all kids.

Age groups start at the kindergarten grade level and run through 8th grade. Clinic and Under-7 play on co-ed teams, Under-8, Under-10 and Under-12 play on boys' teams and girls' teams. Under-14 plays on co-ed teams. The program's required equipment are soccer cleats, shin guards, black soccer shorts and black soccer socks which fit over and cover the shin guards completely. All players need to purchase these items prior to first game. Please consult your local sporting goods store for these items. Game jerseys will be provided by the HZRPC.

Are you a Shark or a Dragon?

When you register for Recreation Soccer, you will have the option of registering for either Sparks (Sharks) or 5th District (Dragons). Please select the appropriate league for your players to ensure numbers are correctly counted for the two leagues.
