BOYS & GIRLS SPRING / TRAVEL BASKETBALL

Grades
The Columbia Ravens Basketball program is for players in the following grades:
Boys - 4th through 11th
Girls - 4th through 11th

Players will try out for the team that corresponds to their current school grade as of September 1, 2023.

Registration for Tryouts
The Columbia Ravens Basketball program is requiring all players who will be trying out to register via Stone Alley. Players will register for tryouts at no cost and if the player makes a team, will then return to Stone Alley to complete payment.

Registration Costs (for players who make a Columbia Ravens team)
ESTIMATED Participation Fee of $300.00 per player (covers admin cost through June 10th)

Tournament/Event Fees: 

These fees WILL BE IN ADDITION to the participation fee and will vary depending on the established team schedule which is determined by the coach (all tournament and event cost are typically split among the players families) Note: This Excludes players travel/per diem cost as some tournaments may involve overnight stay.  Additionally, for teams doing National Tournaments which require practices past June 15: there is an additional $125 admin fee per player to cover gym use cost.

** Note: The Participation Fee, Uniform Fee, and First Installment of Tournament Fees** are required to be paid immediately after tryouts **

Uniform Fees 

Uniform Fees of up to $105.00 per player (depending on which pieces are needed)
(3-piece uniform: Reversible Jersey [$40]; Reversible Shorts [$35]; Practice Reversible [$30])

PARENTAL CONSENT, CODE OF CONDUCT, FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DOCUMENTS:
For both tryouts and participation (if selected for a team) will require all parents to complete forms related to consent in which they assume all risks, hazards and responsibilities incidental to their child’s participation to include potential exposure to communicable diseases including COVID-19 (sign a waiver). Parents will also sign to documents related to Program Code of Conduct.

Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS for Registration and/or fees will be issued for any reason. CREDIT ONLY toward a future team registration, camp, clinic or other club sponsored activity “may” be offered if a player is injured only and cannot participate (medical documentation will be required). A tax-deductible donation letter may also be provided. There are also no refunds for uniform items unless it is a vendor error.
